Ensure that the two body parts you want to exercise are in close contact with the sheet . 4. If you wish to change the intensity of the stimulation, press the intensity control button to adjust. 5. Pressing the + and - buttons simultaneously will lock the current mode and level for safe use. 6. Press the power button to turn off the device. If skin contact is not detected, the device will automatically stop after approximately 10 seconds. 7. After use, gently wipe the sheet with a wet tissue or soft cloth.
